Our group vacation killed it! We enjoyed a special New Year's Eve cruise on the Thames, taking in fine views while dancing the night away. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast spread was awesome. Just a heads-up for future visitors, the dining room can feel a bit overlooked at times, but overall, a great experience!

Its location right at Courtfield Gardens was marvellous and decent. Plus it was in a beautiful area. The restaurant was good for dinner, I tried amazing dishes.

The breakfast was delicious with mushrooms and the sausages, enjoyed it. The location was magnificent and brilliant, so close to St Jude's Church. There was a pleasant restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

I always liked the location and the service as I have stayed in the hotel on two other occasions. Now, I really like the new look the hotel has been given. I like the air conditioning and the safe facilities and now the restaurant.

Family with children needs a better experience
We had a spacious room that gave us plenty of room to breathe, and the kids loved the fluffy towels after showers! The staff were kind, especially Erin and Angelica at reception.
It wasn't inexpensive but still manageable for a family vacation.

We liked the staff. They were pleasant, helpful and offered help even if we did not ask. The room was clean and well kept. The location was close to the event we traveled to London for and close to shopping. Breakfast was lovely every morning. Transportation was easy; taxis passed often. The tube station was fairly close. Bathroom was lovely and functional There was drug store and grocery story close by.
We could not complain for the price we paid but looking into other rooms, we deduced that our room was the smallest in the hotel. It was quite cramped. There was not enough room for our luggage. All other rooms we observed were bigger. Our view was air conditioner units and fire escape stairs. I have never seen a worst view from a hotel window (room 322). There was an obvious lack on wall sockets. The tiny desk had no wall sockets for my computer. It actually was difficult moving about the room. We would certainly ask for another room if we went back and we will go back because of the service. We did not understand what the SUPERIOR in the room meant. The room size and location were the biggest disappointments.

Excellent location. Near Royal Albert Hall and Museums in Exhibition Road. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very good and included in the price. Breakfast room bright and recently refurbished I think. Bedroom clean, comfortable beds. Bathroom in need of refurbishment, but clean and servicable. Chequers Bar and restaurant very pleasant. Helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed the set evening meal for residents. Good food, good value and well presented. Would stay there again if visiting London
Hotel in process of being refurbished, so builders around and one lift out of order.

I liked the decor of the hotel and it was very clean. The staff in the bar were helpful and pleasant
The bedroom was very cramped. The hairdryer was difficult to use. The breakfast was of poor quality and almost cold. There was little information in the room about hotel facilities and meal times. I would probably not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was excellent. Even though the room was compact it was so well appointed that the size did not matter - a comfortable bed, a big plasma screen with 40 channels, the best shower in London, everything perfectly clean.
Bar prices were a little high. There was a glitch with the sound on one of the tv channels.

The cocktail bar, cocktails and staff who were excellent
The scaffolding outside our window and refurbishment work, however if the rest of the hotel loos like the gound floor, restaurant and breakfast room when it is completed it will be excellent.

Huge family room, very quiet and comfortable. Lovely breakfast buffet. Friendly and professional staff. Great location, near underground/buses, only a few stops away from the west end. Supermarket and a few restaurants nearby. Fridge in the room, great for storing av few snacks/drinks. The hotel is under refurbishment, but that didn't bother us at all. Interior a little worn in the "old" end of the hotel, but nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel, extremely good value for London.
